Our client is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in Berlin, distinguished by its high-quality, sustainable skincare products and a vibrant, international team culture.

• Perform day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Support during statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support other departments

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
• Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); experience with DATEV is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; German, Italian, French, or Spanish are a plus
