Our client is a modern and growing company with multiple entities. To strengthen the finance team, they are looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Accountant. The role offers direct collaboration with the CFO, Accounting Lead, and FP&A team, covering a broad range of financial topics with significant exposure across the group.

• Handle ongoing accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB & IFRS
• Lead audit processes and serve as the main point of contact for external advisors
• Support the consolidation of financials across all group entities
• Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute proactively to reporting and financial planning, driving efficiency and transparency
• Engage in ad-hoc projects that enhance the overall financial performance

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or tax (ACCA/ACA certification is a plus)
• At least 7 years of professional experience, most recently as a Senior or Group Accountant
• Proven track record in preparing annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS) and solid knowledge of German commercial and tax law
• Confident user of DATEV and Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Team player mindset with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement
